About me
Hello! I am a self-taught polymer clay artist beginning in 2022 when I sought a creative outlet beyond my career as a pharmacist. Little did I know that this hobby would blossom into a passionate endeavor that transforms my ideas into tangible art.
My journey
As a self-taught artist, I take immense pride in meticulously crafting each piece of jewelry by hand, exclusively using the Sculpey Premo and Soufflé range of polymer clay. My creations are more than mere accessories; they are unique expressions of my artistic vision, incorporating mixed media elements, including acrylic paint, UV resin, and chalk pastels, blending intricate designs with vibrant colors to evoke a sense of wonder and delight, each one a testament to my dedication and creativity. I am proud to say that I sell up to 1,000 pieces of my handmade jewelry annually.
Interviews
My work has caught the attention of local media, and I have been honored to be interviewed by Serbanaeka, Vulcan Post Malaysia and TVS Anggun, allowing me to share my journey and the inspiration behind my designs with a broader audience.
My products
Currently, my products are available at two esteemed locations: the Borneo Cultures Museum and the Ranee Museum at the Old Courthouse in Kuching. These venues provide a wonderful platform for my creations, connecting my art with people who appreciate the unique beauty of handcrafted jewelry within the rich cultural tapestry of Borneo.
Future goals
I am thrilled to continue this creative journey and look forward to sharing my art with even more people in the years to come. Your support fuels my creative spirit, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring a touch of beauty and originality into your life. Thank you for supporting my passion and being a part of this incredible adventure.
